1. General Information Disclaimer

The streaming, playback, parsing, and downloading tools provided by PlayTerabox (including the Android mobile application, web services at https://mswpresents.tech, and automated bot utilities) are intended strictly for general utility, informational, and personal entertainment purposes.

PlayTerabox is designed to help users play and access publicly shared files that they own or are legally authorized to view. We do not promote, encourage, or facilitate copyright piracy or the unauthorized reproduction and distribution of intellectual property.

2. Non-Affiliation & Trademark Notice

The name "TeraBox" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners. The use of the word "Terabox" in our software name or descriptions is solely for nominative fair use to describe compatibility and interoperability with publicly structured cloud links.

3. Zero-Hosting Statement

PlayTerabox does NOT host, store, archive, upload, or re-transmit any media files, video streams, or audio tracks on our own servers.

• Our software acts solely as a client-side link parser and player engine that accepts user-provided public URLs and requests the corresponding video segments directly from third-party cloud content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Because no files are uploaded to or stored on our servers, we have no physical control over the contents, availability, safety, or copyright compliance of files stored on third-party cloud lockers.

4. DMCA Safe Harbor Policy (17 U.S.C. § 512)

MSW Presents Tech respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512) and international copyright directives.

It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear, legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, to expeditiously disable or remove indexing and access to infringing public links.

5. Filing a Valid DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative thereof and believe that any content indexed or made accessible through PlayTerabox infringes your copyrights, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following elements:

1. Identification of Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
2. Specific Location / URL: The exact public Terabox URL or link indexed in our app that you request to have removed or disabled.
3. Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Processing Timeline (24-48 Hours)

Important Note for Copyright Holders: Because PlayTerabox does not host the physical files, removing a link from our application only prevents streaming through our software. To permanently delete the file from the internet, you must also submit a takedown notice directly to the third-party cloud hosting provider (TeraBox / Flextech Inc.) where the file is stored.

7. Third-Party Links & Content Disclaimer

PlayTerabox contains links to external websites, cloud storage domains, and Telegram channels. We do not monitor, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, decency, or reliability of any content, advertisements, products, or materials available on or through such external destinations.

8. "As-Is" Service & No Guarantees

We provide PlayTerabox on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding video loading speed, resolution availability, server uptime, continuous operation, or error-free parsing of third-party cloud links.
