1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") carefully before using the PlayTerabox mobile application, website (https://mswpresents.tech), or automated utility bots operated by MSW Presents Tech.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of PlayTerabox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all terms herein, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using our applications and services.

2. Scope of Services & Utility Role

PlayTerabox functions strictly as a client-side media player and link indexing utility. Our application provides users with an optimized video player interface, adaptive aspect-ratio playback (including 16:9 widescreen and 9:16 vertical shorts), and automated URL parsing tools for publicly accessible cloud storage links.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & User Warranties

As a condition of using PlayTerabox, you agree to use our tools in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you warrant and agree that:

• Lawful Access: You will only submit and stream public links for content that you own, have created, or have received explicit legal authorization or license from the copyright owner to access.
• No Circumvention: You will not use the service to bypass digital rights management (DRM), crack encryption, or circumvent access control mechanisms implemented by any content provider.
• Prohibited Content: You will not use our platform in connection with unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or infringing material.
• Non-Automated Abuse: You will not subject our API endpoints to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, scrape server data maliciously, or overload network infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

The application interface, custom graphics, proprietary playback rendering algorithms, rainbow UI components, and software code of PlayTerabox are the exclusive intellectual property of MSW Presents Tech and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Third-Party Trademarks: "TeraBox" and associated logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners (such as Flextech Inc. or Baidu). PlayTerabox is an independent utility software and is in no way officially endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or supported by TeraBox or Flextech Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYTERABOX AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ENTIRELY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

MSW Presents Tech specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, server uptime, speed guarantees, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of third-party streaming links. Because media files are hosted on third-party servers outside our control, we cannot guarantee that any specific link will remain active, complete, or playable.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MSW PRESENTS TECH, ITS DEVELOPERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE PLAYTERABOX.

Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of dissatisfaction or error with the application is to stop using the application and uninstall it from your device.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSW Presents Tech and its developers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and legal fees arising out of or resulting from: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) any breach of these Terms by you; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Termination & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any aspect of PlayTerabox at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to block specific URLs, domains, or access points found to be in violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial and civil laws without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
