This Privacy Policy explains how PlayTerabox ("we," "our," or "us"), published by MSW Presents Tech (https://mswpresents.tech), handles your information across our mobile applications, web interfaces, and automated downloader bots.

We firmly believe in user sovereignty and digital privacy. Unlike traditional cloud media apps, PlayTerabox requires NO user account, NO email registration, and NO login credentials. Our engine operates strictly as a client-side player and utility tool designed to parse and stream publicly accessible media links directly on your device.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To deliver an ultra-fast and convenient playback experience, PlayTerabox stores certain metadata locally on your device using encrypted, sandboxed Android storage (SharedPreferences / SQLite):

• Playback History: Titles, file sizes, stream links, and timestamps of recently accessed streams to enable fast resume and instant 8-hour cache loading.
• Local User Preferences: Your selected player settings, theme selections, and custom audio/aspect ratio preferences.
• Buffer Cache: Temporary media chunks cached in RAM or transient cache to provide smooth streaming without buffer stalls.

Your Complete Control: All local history and cache data remain 100% on your device. You can immediately wipe all stored items at any moment through the app’s Settings > Storage & Privacy > Stored History (Reset) or by clearing app data in your Android system settings.

3. Information Processed During Streaming

When you paste or submit a public Terabox URL into the PlayTerabox application:

• The URL is processed by our client engine and secure API proxy solely to parse video playlists (m3u8), extract file dimensions (16:9 / 9:16), and resolve high-speed direct download mirrors.
• No Permanent Link Archiving: We do not index private links, do not inspect private user files, and do not associate submitted URLs with personal identities.
• All video streams are transmitted directly between your device and the decentralized cloud content delivery network (CDN). PlayTerabox does not re-encode, store, or host copyright media files on our own servers.

4. Advertising & Google AdMob Disclosures

To keep PlayTerabox 100% free for all users worldwide, our services are monetized through non-intrusive third-party advertising, primarily Google AdMob and Google-certified Ad Technology Providers.

Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous technical information in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and privacy regulations, including:

• Device Identifiers: Mobile advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID), operating system version, and device model.
• Coarse Location & IP: Coarse IP address used solely for regional ad serving, fraud detection, and localized compliance.
• Diagnostic Information: Ad performance, impression metrics, click rates, and crash diagnostics.

5. App Permissions & Security Safeguards

PlayTerabox strictly requests the minimum necessary Android permissions required to deliver video playback and utility services:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Standard network permission required to fetch public playlists, stream video segments, and display ads.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to dynamically monitor network connectivity and adjust video buffer quality.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Optional permission used only if you enable background playback or download task alerts.

We do NOT request sensitive device permissions such as GPS Location, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, SMS, or Call Logs.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

PlayTerabox is a general-audience cloud media utility and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children. 7. Data Security Measures

We apply enterprise-grade security standards to safeguard all data processed through PlayTerabox:

• HTTPS / TLS 1.3 Encryption: All communications between the app, API endpoints, and streaming servers are protected using strong Transport Layer Security.
• R8 Code Obfuscation & Hardening: Production releases are compiled with advanced ProGuard / R8 bytecode shrinking and anti-tampering defenses to prevent packet interception and malicious tampering.
• Sandboxed Local Storage: All cached video tokens and watch histories are isolated within the operating system's application sandbox, inaccessible to other third-party apps.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Provisions)

Depending on your location, you may have statutory privacy rights under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Erasure: You can delete all locally held history and cached metadata instantly within the app's settings.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can disable personalized ad tracking directly via Android system settings.
• Zero Account Retention: Because we do not maintain accounts, there are no dormant profiles or server records linked to your identity.
